What is CoreDose?

A methylated B-complex in liquid form with all 8 B vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 (as P-5-P), B7, B9 (as methylfolate) and B12 (as methylcobalamin).

How do I take it?

Shake well, then take two full droppers (2 mL) once a day, under your tongue or stirred into water or a smoothie.

How long does a bottle last?

One 2 fl oz (60 mL) bottle is a 30-day supply.

Does it contain caffeine or folic acid?

No. CoreDose has no caffeine or stimulants and uses methylfolate instead of folic acid.

When will I notice a difference?

B vitamins are nutrients, not stimulants, so there's no instant kick. Some people don't notice anything obvious. The best way to judge is consistent daily use over several weeks.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If CoreDose isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and send the bottle back, opened or unopened, for a refund of the product price. One refund per customer. See our Refund Policy for details.
